Legacy
A succession that becomes a continuation.
If you're considering selling your home care agency, we'll help you exit on your terms, with your people protected and your legacy intact.

Why we're doing this
Home healthcare is changing.
Technological innovation is reshaping care work, but without safeguards, it usually means fewer caregivers and worse care for the community. The team at Sarvis Health believes in a healthier, more equitable home-care system, led by the local agencies that earned their communities' trust in the first place.
What we're building toward
Four things we won't compromise on.
Ownership, not extraction.
The people who deliver the care should own a piece of what they build. That's what employee ownership is for.
Tech that serves the caregiver.
SarvisOS uses AI to kill the administrative drag, not the jobs. Sarvis technology gives caregivers more time for the people in front of them.
An honest handoff.
Selling your agency is a transfer of trust, not just a transaction. We treat it that way.
People first, always.
Respect for people's time, work, and worth, always. Care that forgets the human isn't care.
What we don't touch
The things your community already trusts stay exactly where they are.

These aren't things we just tolerate, they're the reason the Sarvis Alliance works at all. We build around them, with cleaner workflows and real support behind the scenes.

06
Terms and your role

07
Diligence and transition
We complete diligence and start a focused 90-day plan.
The result: a real exit on your terms, fair valuation, capital behind the agency, your team intact, and a legacy that keeps building, not one that gets flipped.
Employee ownership
The team can own a piece of what they build.
Employee ownership isn't a perk we bolt on, it's the center of our model. Where it fits, we help design the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), set up governance, and bring the team into real ownership of the agency they run every day. It's how value stays with the people who create it, and how your legacy keeps paying forward long after you've stepped back.
ESOP structures involve legal and tax questions. Sarvis does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice; consult qualified advisors.
For brokers
Owners who want their work to mean something.
Sarvis fits owners who want local continuity, a serious operating partner, employee ownership where it fits, and the sense that their life's work is building towards something meaningful.

Clear answers before a big decision.
Do I have to be ready to sell?
No. Some owners are ready now. Others just want to understand what they're sitting on and what to fix first. Both are worth a call.
What happens to my agency name and my team?
Both stay. The local name is part of what makes the agency valuable, and our goal is to retain 100% of the team for at least 12 months — with clearer support, training, and communication.
Is this just another roll-up?
No. We're building an alliance owned in part by the people who do the work, not assembling agencies to flip. That's the whole point.
Can I stay involved after the transition?
Yes — step away, stay on, advise, keep operating, or help expand locally, depending on fit and what you want.
What if Sarvis isn't the right partner?
We'll say so directly, and still help you think through independent options to take to your advisors.
This is what we're building.
Find out what comes next.
Start with one confidential conversation. We'll tell you what your agency could be worth, walk you through what we're building, and be honest about whether there's a real fit. We're selective on purpose — this only works with owners who actually want to be part of it.
No pressure to move forward after the first conversation.
